On April 4th, 2007, just one day after his 40th birthday, Craig Fuhr was laid-off from his 6-figure I.T. Security job. Luckily, for him and his family, he already had a backup plan, real estate investing! Since then he’s flipped roughly 500 houses in the Baltimore Metro.
